School Partners

School Partners

At Gatley Primary School we work with a number of partners (see below) who help enhance the school experience for all of our children.

We are education catering specialists, meaning that we focus solely on primary, secondary, academy and college clients. Healthy eating is at the very heart of our approach to food. We wholeheartedly encourage balanced diets within our dining rooms and significantly invest in training our teams. Our policy of purchasing a range of seasonal produce from local and regional suppliers enables us to deliver exceptional value.

Perform to Inspire

‘Perform to Inspire’ (PTI) is more than just a dance, fitness & drama school. Our aim is to teach life skills to our students. Young people can learn so much through dance – ambition, drive, creativity, imagination, perseverance, teamwork, determination and adaptability, to name a few. By performing on stage, our students not only learn a wealth of confidence, but gain the belief that they can achieve anything if they really want it.

We want our students to have fun and enjoy their time with us – if they can learn skills at the same time then it’s a bonus!  We encourage our young people to be successful in whatever they want in life. We are are not just a dance school, we are a community and every member is important to us!

PTI is affiliated with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and puts students through dance examinations which now count towards UCAS points that are required to get into university!

Stockport Music Service

Stockport Music Service, part of Services to People, provides tuition to young people in Stockport through tuition provided in school.

In this arrangement, schools arrange for instrumental lessons to take place on the school premises, with lessons taking place during the school day. Parents are usually expected to make a contribution towards the cost of this tuition with payments being made to the school in question.  Lessons are currently offered for guitar, drums, violin, and brass instruments.
